As part of the People Experience team, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager of People Experience. This role combines hands-on support with strategic insights, emphasizing workplace investigations, employee coaching, and management consultation. Collaborate with Employment Legal, HRBP’s, and leadership to promote a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic partnership and coaching for all levels
• Drive performance management initiatives and improvement plans
• Triage and resolve employee relations issues proactively




• Stay informed on California employment laws and regulations
• Conduct fair and impartial workplace investigations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 7+ years in employee relations in HR settings
• 5+ years in conducting workplace investigations
• Experience in tech or gaming industries preferred
• Certification in workplace investigations is a plus
