Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years in Mainframe Performance Analysis
• Experience with MICS, iZPCA, and other tools
• Capable of interpreting data from SMF, RMF, and CMF
• In-depth knowledge of workload manager configurations
• Preferred: IBM Mainframe certification
