You’ll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There’s no cap on commission , so your income grows with your performance.

What You’ll Do
Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

Compensation & Earning Potential
$19/hour base pay to start
Performance-based commission (uncapped)
$78K target total compensation for productive agents
Top performers earn $100K-$120K+ annually
Weekly pay and clear performance expectations

What We’re Looking For




Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
Comfortable talking to new people and working outdoors
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
Able to handle rejection and stay positive
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Availability to work evenings and weekends

No previous sales experience required—we train the right people.
