You will navigate multiple areas including health and safety, employment, and Indigenous relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory matters
• Monitor emerging regulatory developments
• Support health and safety legal issues
• Advise on Indigenous relations
• Manage litigation and employment legal matters

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience
• Solid background in upstream oil and gas law
• Familiarity with Alberta and/or BC regulations
• Experience in First Nations consultation preferred
• Proven collaboration and business judgment skills
