Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise process operations crews for production targets
• Implement health and safety policies and programs




• Coordinate plant production with Mine Operations and Logistics
• Maximize efficiency and ensure product quality
• Set and communicate operational goals for crews

Requirements:
• Three years of experience in processing plant operations
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical background in processing environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
