HealthCareersInSask.ca in Saskatoon is seeking a Senior Chronic Disease Therapist to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialty Clinic on a part time regular basis. You will lead intake, assessments and education, and develop individualized exercise programs for chronic disease patients, under the supervision of the Manager.

Requires a BKin, AED and CSEP-CEP certifications, plus at least two years in cardiac rehab.
