We 're excited to announce that LeestaIndustries is now part of PursuitAerospace, a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, coaching, and development to a multidisciplinary team responsible for quality assurance, quality control, inspection, and quality systems; Oversee internal,customer, and certification audits, including Management Reviews; Drive nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to ensure effective issue resolution and prevent recurrence; Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support manufacturing performance; Oversee supplier quality, inspection activities, and process validation, including FAI and APQP/PPAP; Monitor quality performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate results to senior leadership; Serve as the primary quality representative with customers, certification bodies, suppliers, and regulatory agencies; Promote a cultureof accountability, collaboration,
