Role: Senior Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance Analyst/ Lead

Location: Longueuil (3 days onsite)

As part of continued growth and digital transformation, we are looking to hire a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O; Analyst/ Lead to play a key role in both project delivery and business engagement with an industry-leading organisation in the sustainability sector. Headquartered in Quebec and operating across North America, delivering large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects, the business relies on D365 F&O; to support complex financial management, project accounting, and multi-entity operations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with Finance and Project stakeholders throughout acquisitions and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead workshops and gather business requirements across Finance and Project Accounting.
- Drive gap analysis and solution design within Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Support UAT, system releases, and continuous platform improvements.
- Manage security, user access governance, and licence optimisation.




- Contribute to international rollouts and long-term ERP transformation projects.
- Act as the trusted advisor between the business and technology teams.

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience with Finance within D365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
- Excellent understanding of finance processes including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Project Accounting
- Budgeting
- Experience delivering ERP implementations as well as post-go-live optimisation and support.
- Confident communicating with senior business stakeholders and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
- Bilingual in French and English
