In collaboration with the Recreation Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing programs that focus on enhancing residents' quality of life. Your role will include record maintenance and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure ongoing involvement and support for each resident’s needs. Your passion for working with seniors will shine through in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and implementation of resident programs
• Maintain detailed records of resident engagements
• Effectively communicate upcoming events to families and volunteers
• Facilitate residents' participation in outings
• Assist with evaluation and preparation of daily activities
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or equivalent
• Experience working with the elderly preferred
• Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license for transporting residents
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
