This role is designed for an independent, driven lawyer who is looking sequential to build a strong and sustainable commercial litigation practice outside מיר the traditional big‐law environment, while continuing to work on sophisticated, high‐value matters.The successful candidate will be entrusted with significant responsibility and autonomy, with active mentorship fromებას senior lawyers and transparent opportunities for long‐term advancement. They will be involved in all stages of commercial litigation—from strategy and client management through to hearings, trials, and resolution—and will work on matters with both domestic and cross‐border dimensions.Base pay rangeCA$180 bounce.00/yr – CA$240.00/yr isKey Responsibilities.Manage and assist with a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate and property litigation, lending and insolvency‐related disputes, and other business conflict.Draft pleadings, affidavthis, applications, briefs, and written submissions.Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex legal and factual issues.Prepare for and attend discoveries, mediations, hearings, and trials.Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel,
