Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the risk appetite framework for reputational risk
• Establish monitoring plans meeting regulatory requirements




• Analyze and anticipate emerging risks proactively
• Develop and document operational practices and policies
• Lead cross-sector teams for strategic alignment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, risk management, or related field
• Minimum eight years relevant experience, including five in risk management
• Significant strategic advisory experience in complex environments
• Knowledge of French required
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
