First Student is seeking a dedicated 310T Licensed Mechanic to contribute to the upkeep of our iconic yellow school buses. This role supports maintenance duties including mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various systems. With a Monday to Friday schedule, your work will focus on delivering exceptional service without weekend commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buses
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
• Complete work orders and necessary documentation
• Assist with mobile repairs as needed
• Maintain a protected and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license
• Experience with diesel and automotive systems
• Own a complete set of mechanic’s tools
• Eager to advance skills through ASE testing
• Strong focus on safety and quality work
