Baxter Healthcare Canada is seeking a Validation SME to ensure equipment, process and computer system validations meet regulatory and corporate standards. You will drive protocol authoring, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Quality teams.
You will lead change controls, NCR investigations, and inspections, while mentoring others and promoting continuous improvement in a GMP setting.
