Channel Seaways is seeking an experienced professional to enhance its health and safety function. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of policies to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices. You'll create a culture of safety for employees, contractors, and visitors while adapting to urgent needs when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the health and safety function within the organization
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Train and manage employees on safety practices




• Monitor compliance with safety legislation and standards
• Provide external H&S; training as time permits

Requirements:
• Proven experience in health and safety management
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and best practices
• Local license to live and work in Guernsey
