As a vital part of the Correlative Studies Program, you will coordinate biospecimen management across clinical trials. In this permanent position, your expertise will ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and relevant health regulations. Your role will encompass shipping, documentation, and quality tracking to uphold specimen integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate international shipment of human biospecimens
• Maintain shipping and customs documentation accurately
• Monitor biospecimen collection schedules and track shipments




• Facilitate incoming biospecimen shipments from trial sites
• Prepare operational reports and quality metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health or life sciences required
• 1-2 years of clinical research or biospecimen experience
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH-GCP, and shipping regulations
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office
