As part of the Long-term Care team, you will perform critical assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Shifts are scheduled nightly from 23:00 to 07:00.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program
