Responsibilities

Partner with sales managers todevelop and maintain positive employee relations, an engaged workforce andto implement new and innovative HR solutions

Provide human resource adviceand consultation to retail employees and management on all HR relatedmatters

Ensure compliance withprovincial and federal laws and regulations relating to employmentstandards, human rights, privacy legislation and employment equity

Drive diversity, wellness,people analytics, and employee engagement initiatives

Deliver HR training and sharingof best practices

Work closely with the Director,Human Resources on research, development and management of the performancereview process

Identify and implement processimprovement opportunities

Act as a lead in the continuousdevelopment, delivery and success of the focused training, onboarding, andoffboarding processes

Perform other related duties
