As a Manager, you will oversee crucial programming supported by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), including initiatives for children and youth with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Your role includes supervising a dedicated team of social workers and family support workers, ensuring services align with Tsleil-Waututh Nation's values. You will enhance family capacity-building efforts through coaching and system navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop culturally relevant CYFS service delivery models
• Oversee compliance with MCFD funding guidelines
• Draft policies and collaborate on service pathways
• Plan workshops and family-strengthening activities
• Prepare work plans and funding proposals
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work or related field
• At least 5 years of child and family services experience
• 3+ years in staff supervision and clinical oversight
• Registration with a relevant regulatory body
• Experience in Indigenous community services
