At Purolator, we are seeking a detailed-oriented Procurement Specialist to enhance our sourcing strategies. This role requires expertise in analyzing proposals, managing agreements, and developing procurement processes. Your ability to analyze data and work under pressure will be crucial in ensuring continuity of supplies and creating long-term agreements with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review spending patterns to identify procurement opportunities
• Manage expiration of agreements and ensure supply continuity




• Prepare and issue RFx’s to potential suppliers
• Analyze proposals and conduct vendor negotiations
• Maintain contracts database and P.O.’s management

Requirements:
• University education in Commerce or Administration preferred
• Solid knowledge in transportation/logistics
• Excellent problem analysis and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
• Bilingualism and SAP experience are assets
