As an MLT at CGMH, you will work on 12-hour shifts that include days, nights, and weekends. This position involves performing core laboratory testing and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the quality and accuracy of patient results. You will have the opportunity to contribute to patient safety and participate in quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory testing in Hematology and Chemistry
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment




• Document testing and incidents accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support blood product inventory management

Requirements:
• MLT with CSMLS Certification or student certification in progress
• Licensed in relevant laboratory areas
• Robust communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred
