Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, implement, and evaluate recreation activities
• Contribute to the interdisciplinary team approach for client interventions
• Maintain accurate client documentation and assessments
• Ensure safe and compliant program delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation Therapy or related discipline
• At least 1 year of inpatient experience
• Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
• Registration with the Therapeutic Recreation of Ontario
• Crisis management experience is essential
