Gatherwell, transforming the BC coastline, seeks a General Manager to oversee its expanding operations across five sites, including Ambleside and recent locations in Vancouver Island. This role requires someone experienced in multi-unit management, ensuring each site aligns with financial targets while building operational systems from scratch. Your leadership will make sure guests enjoy flawless experiences at every venue.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the site P&Ls; to track financial performance
• Adjust booking sessions to optimize revenue potential
• Lead site managers and hosts with training and support




• Develop community-focused wellness programming
• Maintain site integrity through logistics coordination

Requirements:
• 3+ years in operations at physical, customer-facing locations
• Experience building operational processes from the ground up
• Proven accountability for P&L; and operating budgets
• Must be based in Greater Vancouver
• Background in wellness, hospitality, or similar fields
