Technica is actively hiring qualified Underground Electricians to support our local development project in Sudbury, Ontario. In this role, you will maintain electrical systems critical to mining operations and ensure safety by adhering to company standards. Your experience with underground electrical systems and analytical skills will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and service switchgear and transformers
• Maintain and install generators efficiently
• Advance electrical mine services for operational support
• Install leaky feeder radio communication systems
• Ensure secure operations in accordance with standards
Requirements:
• Valid 309A or 442A Electrical License
• Underground electrical experience required
• Successful completion of electrical apprenticeship
• Active Skilled Trades Ontario membership
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
