What you'll do

- Lead the planning and implementation of Agile projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to promote team engagement and accountability.
- Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to provide feedback and share best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, to ensure transparency and alignment among stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and any changes to project scope or timelines.




- Support the development and implementation of Agile training programs to enhance team capabilities and promote Agile methodologies across the organization.
- Assist in resource allocation and team capacity planning to ensure optimal team performance and project delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can enhance project management processes and team collaboration.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and experience implementing them in real-world projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Skilled (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are preferred.

Nice to have

- Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, enhancing collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices to effectively manage project transitions.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
