The Royal Canadian Mint (the Mint) is seeking a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will manage a team, drive financial analysis, and deliver executive-ready reporting to enable strategic decisions.
Reporting to the Senior Director, this role partners with executives to optimize profitability, implement best practices and support the Mints strategic priorities, with a hybrid onsite Ottawa presence.
