Provide critical care as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. Deliver patient-centered, evidence-informed care in a fast-paced environment while enhancing your clinical skills.

In this role as a Registered Nurse, you will be integral to a dynamic interprofessional team. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and implementing individualized nursing plans. Your ability to apply clinical judgment and advanced critical thinking will be essential in managing patients in high-acuity situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and develop nursing care plans
• Provide direct care in resuscitation and critical areas




• Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement
• Support patient education and community referrals
• Lead and mentor current team members and students

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with an active CNO registration
• BScN or equivalent from approved nursing program
• Two years of medical/surgical experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification needed
• Experience in Emergency Department preferred
