WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a solid background in the window or construction industry, a strong closing rate, and a clear understanding of construction processes.

You will be responsible for selling UPVC window and door solutions for Smart Windows and Doors Company — from the first client contact through to contract signing.

You will be responsible for selling UPVC window and door solutions for Smart Windows and Doors Company — from the first client contact through to contract signing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outside sales in residential and commercial markets

Working with inbound and outbound leads





Consulting clients on UPVC windows and door systems

Preparing and presenting quotes and proposals

Measurements, calculations, and deal coordination

Working with walk-in clients in the showroom

Managing clients through contract completion

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

Experience in the window and/or construction industry

High closing rate

Strong understanding of construction processes

Knowledge of UPVC windows and door products

Valid driver’s license

Own vehicle required (company vehicle is also provided)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Language skills (English required, additional languages are an asset)

COMPENSATION
Income: $65,000 – $125,000+ per year.

Compensation structure: commission only, no income cap, Year-end performance bonuses.

WORK SCHEDULE
7/24/365 (Client- and result-oriented schedule).
