In this full time position, you will work on the interdisciplinary team supporting day-to-day operations. Focused on quality service delivery, you will implement clinical standards and drive quality improvement initiatives. Your role will be crucial in promoting evidence-informed practices and safe, person-centred care for those with complex psychosocial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced clinical support to interdisciplinary teams
• Mentor and educate staff on complex mental health situations




• Implement quality improvement and clinical initiatives
• Support documentation standards and interdisciplinary care planning
• Promote trauma-informed care and harm reduction strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
• Active CARNA registration required
• 3 to 5 years clinical experience in mental health
• Leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of addictions and psychosocial rehabilitation
