Reporting directly to the President, the Member Experience Director is a vital leader with a strong focus on member recruitment and retention. This role demands excellent sales skills and the ability to build relationships while actively promoting opportunities and fostering engagement within the community. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required due to operational hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee membership department operations and staff training
• Implement creative strategies for member retention and acquisition
• Address customer service issues collaboratively across departments




• Lead membership sales, renewals, and facility tours
• Develop and manage the department’s budget effectively

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of management experience in a similar role
• Proven sales history and robust relationship management
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with various communities and populations
