As a key member of the Strike team, you will work on a shift pattern of 14 days on and 7 days off. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting equipment, selecting coatings, and performing thorough testing of atmosphere and coating thicknesses. This position emphasizes teamwork and requires maintaining a safe and clean working workplace while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform blasting and coating as per specifications
• Troubleshoot field sandblast equipment and tools




• Select appropriate coatings and mix as directed
• Test atmosphere and coating thickness regularly
• Complete timely documentation for holiday testing

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Safety tickets: CSTS 2020, First Aid, WHMIS
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Preferred NACE Level 1 or 2 certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
