About Our Client
Our client is sourcing a Junior Accountant to join their team.

About the Prospect

Process accounts payable including invoice coding, approvals, and vendor payments (50-100 per month)

Perform 3-way matching against purchase orders

Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial data

Support treasury activities including expense tracking (fuel, hotels, corporate cards)

Manage cash receipts and assist with basic accounts receivable uploads

Support month-end and year-end tasks related to AP, cash, and reconciliations

Adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures

About You





1-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Treasury functions (required)

Strong experience with bank reconciliations and journal entries

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (non-complex accounting environment)

Experience working with purchase orders and three-way matching

Exposure to NetSuite is considered an asset

Experience in Accounts Receivable is considered an asset

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable working in a transactional, deadline-driven environment
