Monitor inventory levels and proactively coordinate replenishment
Follow up with vendors, suppliers, couriers, and service providers
Ensure important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups are completed on time

Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers
Organization & Process Management
Maintain accurate records and organized documentation
Improve and streamline administrative processes where possible
Keep shared files, systems, and information up to date

What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in administration, operations, office management, executive support, or a similar role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence speaking with suppliers, vendors, and external partners
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and business software
Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
Bonus Points For Experience supporting company leadership or executives
Purchasing, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience
Experience in construction, manufacturing, building materials, or e-commerce
Experience using Monday.com, HubSpot, Shopify, or Google Workspace
Why Join WoodPlank? Work closely with leadership and play a meaningful role in the company's growth
High level of autonomy and ownership
Collaborative, supportive, and entrepreneurial setting
