Become a vital part of Extendicare Beauclaire as a full-time Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator in Ottawa, Ontario. This role focuses on efficient scheduling and attendance management to support resident care.

In this permanent position, you will report to the Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities include managing work schedules using the Workday system and ensuring timely tracking of time and attendance for all employees in the long-term care facility. You'll also assist administrative tasks related to resident care administration and ensure that all shifts are filled to maintain quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and maintain employee schedules using Workday
• Manage unfilled shifts by coordinating with staff and agencies




• Validate hours worked for payroll submissions
• Assist with resident administration and supply management
• Conduct Joint Health and Safety meetings

Requirements:
• Diploma in business administration or related field
• Experience in long-term care or general healthcare
• Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety practices
