CMHA Peel Dufferin Branch is seeking a Full-Time Community Support Worker to join a multidisciplinary team providing crisis intervention, rehabilitation and ongoing support for individuals with responsible mental illness. You will establish relationships, develop recovery plans and connect clients to necessary services to promote wellness and community living.
Responsibilities include life-skills coaching, pre-employment support, advocacy, and coordinated care with the Assertive Community Treatment
