Radiology - MRI Tech Shift: Day - 8x5- 09AM
Job Summary: The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate diagnostic results.
Key Responsibilities: Perform MRI scans as per physician/radiologist orders
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
Ensure patient safety, including screening for contraindications (e.g., implants, metal)
Operate MRI equipment and adjust imaging parameters for optimal results
Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Ensure proper maintenance and quality control of MRI equipment
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
Requirements: Certification as an MRI Technologist (e.g., CAMRT / ARRT / equivalent)
Minimum 1-2 years of MRI experience (preferred)
