Healthcare Marketing Manager Industry Consumer Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Healthcare
Overview Seeking a Healthcare Marketing Manager to develop and execute healthcare qualified (HCP) marketing strategies for leading consumer health brands. This role focuses on driving product adoption and recommendations through omnichannel marketing, scientific communications, digital engagement, and strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HCP marketing strategies and multi-year growth plans.
Drive healthcare professional engagement and product recommendation programs.
Lead product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
Manage omnichannel marketing activities including digital, CRM, webinars, conferences, sampling, social media, and retail partnerships.
Create marketing content, claims, promotional materials, and media plans.
Conduct market, competitor, and HCP research to identify growth opportunities.
Manage advisory boards and gather customer insights.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales,



Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and investment optimization.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
3-5 years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health marketing experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and scientific communications.
Experience with digital marketing, CRM, social media, and omnichannel campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong project management and budget management capabilities.
Bilingual English/French preferred.
Ability to travel nationally up to 20%.
