In this critical role, you will work closely with the Registered Staff and the RAI-MDS Coordinator to oversee resident care activities in a long-term care setting. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, facilitating staff education, and addressing resident and family concerns. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee continuous evaluation of resident care
• Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate documentation
• Review and audit Point Click Care records
• Develop, update, and follow care plans
• Address resident or family concerns appropriately
Requirements:
• Knowledge in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Post graduate studies in nursing administration desirable
