The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.

The candidate will be responsible for selecting trade subcontractors.

The candidate must prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.





The candidate must hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.

The candidate must plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, as well as monitor progress.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.

The candidate will be responsible for establishingand implementing quality control policies and procedures.

The candidate must read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.

The candidate must plan and manage budgets.

The candidate must develop and implement quality control programs.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of data and information.

The candidate must prepare reports.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.

The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.

The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
