RBC is seeking a Business Analyst to drive requirements delivery for medium to large Agile projects in Retail Investments. You will facilitate sessions, elicit detailed requirements, and document scope and processes using RBC standards.
Ideal candidates have solid BA/SA skills, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall, and experience with JIRA/Confluence. This full‑time role is based in Toronto, Canada with opportunities to guide other professionals on complex tasks.
