Cognizant is hiring an AWS Connect Tester (Bilingual English & French) to validate and assure quality for Amazon Connect contact center solutions. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cloud-based delivery in a hybrid Toronto setting.
You will develop test cases, validate call flows, IVR prompts, and multi-channel journeys, and verify integrations with AWS services and CRM platforms.
