Mosaic, a global leader in phosphate and potash production, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse and storeroom operations at our Esterhazy site. This role manages inventory valued at $12M-$17M while supporting maintenance and operations through safe, productive materials management.

Location: Esterhazy, Saskatchewan
Schedule: Day Shift (9/80)

Key Responsibilities

Lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes.

Manage SAP purchasing, purchase orders, inventory levels, cycle counts, adjustments, and obsolete inventory.

Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to maintain parts availability and minimize downtime.

Develop and maintain warehouse procedures, safety programs, and 5S initiatives.

Coach, develop, and support employees through training and performance management.





Participate in continuous improvement efforts and site initiatives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supervision.

SAP experience in purchasing and inventory control.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Mining, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience.

Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and continuous improvement.
