Key Responsibilities:
• Support EHR implementation through requirements definition and process analysis
• Lead working groups in workflow redesign and EHR outcomes configuration




• Develop training materials and provide education on system use
• Champion the adoption of evidence-based practices within the organization
• Monitor services to ensure quality and regulatory standards are maintained

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in health informatics or IT
• Minimum three years of clinical informatics experience
• Robust project management and change management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• MEDITECH experience preferred
