Join Collective Arts as a Millwright responsible for the installation, diagnostics, and repair of brewery equipment. Leverage your mechanical skills in hydraulics and pneumatics to ensure manufacturing excellence.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Facilities & Maintenance Manager and the production team to enhance the brewery’s operational capabilities. You’ll lead preventative maintenance efforts and provide troubleshooting support for our canning, kegging, and brew house equipment. Your expertise will also aid in continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to safety policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair brewing equipment
• Support hazard identification with JHSC
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain tools and parts inventory
Requirements:
• Completion of vocational millwright training
• 3+ years in beverage manufacturing
• Ontario Certificate of Qualification - 433A
• Experience with machinery troubleshooting
• Solid ability to read blueprints
