WHAT YOU WILL DO Perform pro-active call and sales campaigns to promote CI GAM product offerings to existing and potential clients
Generating referrals for your DVP
Perform account management and customer service duties for established clients
Respond to inquiries on products, fund management strategies, portfolio manager philosophies/processes/styles and industry trends
Develop sales campaigns and materials and assist in delivery of sales presentations
Assist in responding to due diligence questionnaires
Perform (monthly, quarterly, etc.) territorial sales and asset reporting in collaboration with DVPs
Collect client and competitor information from Internet and other sources
Work closely with and support efforts of other team members
Assist in administrative functions as required
WHAT YOU WILL BRING Minimum 2 years financial services industry experience in a sales capacity
University degree in Business Administration
Financial services designations (e.g. CSC, CFP, CIM, CFA, CAIA).
Securities, mutual fund products, and investment industry
Advance expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing relationships with clients
Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills to provide effective solutions for clients
WORKING CONDITIONS: Routine office environment.
May require attending marketing functions and activities which extend beyond normal office hours.
