Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and evaluation of authority-wide clinical practices
• Monitor emerging practice trends and implement strategic responses
• Engage in cooperative decision-making with clinical staff and resources
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures for projects
• Support research and quality improvement activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health; Master’s required
• Minimum seven years clinical experience; three in management
• Active regulatory college membership
• Strong project and change management skills
• Ability to work independently in complex environments
