VON Canada in Nova Scotia is hiring a Visiting Nurse for part time 0.8 FTE in Lunenburg County. As a VON nurse, you will deliver holistic, person-centred care in clients' homes, clinics, and via virtual visits, collaborating with a team.
You will assess needs, develop care plans, and support families while upholding your full scope of practice. We're looking for a licensed RN, with community health experience preferred, able to drive a personal vehicle, with current license and insurance.
