Rogers is looking for a Senior Manager for the Cyber Security team. This leader will manage a diverse group of Project Managers and ensure project performance aligns with organizational goals. You will introduce robust performance management strategies and develop individual growth paths for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a high-performing project management team
• Set annual performance targets and conduct reviews
• Complete timely project status reports and maintain issue registers
• Proactively review overall program performance
• Provide regular visibility into project metrics and status
Requirements:
• Experience in large-scale program management
• Proven leadership in Agile project environments
• History of managing Cyber Security programs
• PMP Certification is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
