Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization, problem-solving, and helping people come together? Sunshine Coast Health Centre is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to help ensure our clients receive exceptional care by keeping our healthcare teams fully staffed and supported.

As our Staffing Coordinator, you’ll oversee employee scheduling across multiple departments while assisting with payroll, onboarding, and other Human Resources functions. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to solve staffing challenges, coordinate coverage, and help create a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate employee schedules and arrange shift coverage.
• Respond to staffing needs, sick calls, and vacation requests.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure safe staffing levels.
• Support payroll by reviewing timesheets and employee records.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Help answer employee questions regarding scheduling, payroll,

• Is highly organized and enjoys solving scheduling puzzles.
• Communicates professionally and builds positive working relationships.
• Thrives in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Has strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Is flexible and willing to assist with after-hours scheduling when required.
• Has scheduling or healthcare administration experience (preferred).
