Strong backend architecture and distributed systems design.
Experience integrating AI services (LLM APIs, LangChain-based services, RAG backends).
CI/CD, containerization,



and production observability expertise.
Solid reliability and performance troubleshooting experience.
Hands-on technical leadership in planning and code quality governance.

Success in first 90 days
Deliver one major feature stream with stable production behavior.
