Job details Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Employment terms options: Evening. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Support for Veterans: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans . Support for Indigenous people:
